How it begins

How a cross-stitch picture comes together

  1. 01

    It starts with one cross.

Bring your needle up at the bottom left and down at the top right. Then cross back the other way. That's a cross stitch.

  2. 02

    Then another, row by row.

Each square on a chart is one cross on your fabric. Follow it a square at a time and the picture builds itself.

  3. 03

    Until something lovely appears.

Small stitches add up. Take your time. There's no rush to finish, only the next stitch.

Our promise

Made for your very first hoop.

Everything we make is designed around one idea: beginning should feel good. Here is what that means for every pattern we share.

Cute, with care

Charming designs with calm, uncluttered pages, so the personality lives in the stitching and the instructions stay clear.

Start small, learn as you go and enjoy every cross along the way. Nobody is timing you.
